Join us in this beginners series to creating beautiful botanical watercolors using QoR watercolors and Ampersand Aquabord. We will create 3 paintings in this series including Daffodils, Daylilies and a Rose. The templates are included for drawing or tracing so no drawing skills are required. The reference photos are copyright free and available in the "resources" tab.In this video I will demonstrate with QoR Watercolors, Ampersand Aquabord and Silverwhite. brushes by SilverBrush. I have included a supply list here with augmentations so that you can use as much of the supplies you have already on hand. **Watercolor:I am using the following materials each time I teach a watercolor lesson. You do not have to use these items exactly but just get something close to or use what you have. Its not that you need special tools or products, just know that results may vary. Any watercolor paper that is at least 140 lb. will do and all of the lessons can be done in small sizes. 5 x 7 and 6 x 6 etc. ** This is the same paper I use for art journaling so if you are interested in both, you may want to get a good bit and/or a journal of it. (The art journaling can also be done on loose sheets)Message me with questions about what you have or what you need. I am having people place orders with Sam Flax so I can make a final pick up this week. Website is www.samflaxatlanta.com or call 404-352-7200 and ask for Sophia or Rob. You can also email orders to Sophia.ba@flaxatl.comYou can take the "Intro to Watercolor" course if you prefer to have more foundations first which includes an "Introduction to Tools" video that is always available for free on this site.
